Who should use this website
You should use this website to fill out your forms if the following are true:

You identify as trans, gender variant, or intersex (TGI).

You reside in California.

You are 18 years old or older.

You are NOT getting divorced or were divorced in California.

You are NOT trying to add or remove the name of a parent on a child’s birth certificate.

You are NOT trying to change the gender of a MINOR or change the name of a MINOR to conform to their gender identity.
